I’m not going to lie to you guys – I’m in such a homeschooling funk lately that I’m having a hard time with not only getting the school work done with my girls, but I’m experiencing writers block here on the blog as well. As a result, I’ve been working – a lot. Yes, I work and homeschool! It is possible! In fact, that’s what this week’s featured post is all about. (And don’t worry, the writers block is slowly but surely starting to fade away!)
Many people think if you are going to be a homeschooling parent, then it’s not possible to also hold down some sort of job or make an income to help support your family. That is simply not true! It’s absolutely possible to do both!
This weeks feature post comes from Jen from Practical by Default (do you notice how many Jen’s have either been featured or a guest blogger around here lately? Jen(n) is such an awesome name! ha!). Her post talks about how you can both work and homeschool, and how you can benefit from doing both. It’s an awesome read so be sure to click on her image below to read her post! Let her know The Homeschool Nook sent you!
