Hello everyone, and welcome to my little corner of the homeschooling world! My name is Jeanetta (aka Jenn) and I am a Missouri homeschooling momma to three young girls who loves to blog about it! Often I am asked how homeschooling works for us, so I use this blog to share my experience for anyone who would like to follow along. I hope that this space inspires my fellow homeschoolers or those who hope to homeschool in the future, because if I can do this – anyone can. I also hope that by sharing my experience I will be able to help others view homeschooling in a positive light. This will not be another “pinterest mom” type of blog. I’m a tell-it-like-it-is kind of girl so I plan to keep it very real around here!
I chose the name “Chaotic Bliss” because that’s exactly what homeschooling is for us – complete chaos at times, but always blissfully happy! Even when I’m so stressed that I’m ready to snap – I remember how grateful and blessed I am that I get the best part of my children’s day.
Where Should You Start?
First and foremost, I’d love to take you on a tour of my homeschool, which we’ve dubbed as “The Roberts Academy”. Take a tour of our “homeschool space”, and see how I keep our life and homeschool organized. You can find that post here:
Want to know what curriculum we are using this year? Check out this post where I share my curriculum choices for my 2nd and 3rd graders. You can find that post here:
Or maybe you just want to know why we decided (and still decide) to homeschool and why it works for us? Then you should read this post here:
