Teaching your little one to read can be extremely challenging in so many ways. I know when I first started homeschooling I feared this more than anything else. I felt like once my kids knew how to read and write, the rest would be easy (and then when we got passed that I realized its really all the same amount of “hard”).

This week’s featured post with the most clicks comes from Lit Mama. She shared with us how she thinks Dr. Seuss books rock introductory reading. I loved reading this post because I agreed with all of her reasons. Dr. Seuss are our favorite go-to books when we’re mastering the basics of reading.
